Position Summary:
As a 2nd Shift Caregiver, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the comfort, safety, and well-being of our residents during the evening hours. This is an opportunity to make a real impact by providing hands-on care, companionship, and support to those who call Front Porch of Bowdon their home.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with daily activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
• Monitor residents’ health and well-being, reporting any changes to the appropriate team members.
• Provide companionship and foster a positive, engaging environment.
• Support residents with meal preparation and light housekeeping tasks.
• Ensure the safety and security of residents during the 1st shift.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain a high standard of care and uphold our community values.
