We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our team. As a Physical Therapist, you will work with our residents to help them improve their mobility, manage pain, and regain function. You will play a vital role in our residents' overall well‑being and quality of life.

• Conduct initial evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for each resident
• Provide hands‑on therapy to residents, including exercises, stretches, and manual techniques
• Monitor and document residents' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Educate residents and their families on exercises and techniques to continue at home
• Collaborate with other members of the healthcare team to ensure comprehensive care for residents
• Stay up‑to‑date on the latest research and techniques in physical therapy
• Adhere to all state and federal regulations and ethical standards in your practice

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• Current state license to practice as a Physical Therapist
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a skilled nursing facility or similar setting
• Strong knowledge of physical therapy techniques and treatments
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Compassionate and patient‑centered approach to care

This is a full‑time position with 30 hours per week, Monday through Friday. There is no weekend rotation required. The salary range for this position is $ per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
