Gentiva Hospice is seeking a compassionate Hospice Aide/CNA to provide direct personal care and emotional support to patients in home, assisted living, or inpatient settings. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comfort, dignity, and high-quality end-of-life care.
Required credentials include an active CNA license in the state of employment, current CPR certification, a valid driver’s license with reliable transportation, and at least 6 months of direct patient care
