United Health Group, via Archbold Home Health Services, seeks a Physical Therapist Assistant to deliver treatment, provide exercise instruction and patient education aimed at improving well‑being under the established plan of care.
You will follow state laws, assist with active and passive therapies, observe responses, coordinate with the care team, and educate patients and families. A current PTA license, CPR, a valid driver’s license, and weekend availability are required.
