As a Certified Medication Aid with Pine View Nursing, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and support to our residents. • Assist with the administration of medications and treatments as directed by the nursing team

• Monitor and record vital signs, as well as report any changes or concerns to the nursing staff

• Provide assistance with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming

• Maintain a clean and safe environment for our residents, including assisting with laundry and housekeeping duties

• Develop and implement personalized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team

• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and stay up-to-date with regulatory requirements and best practices
