Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including psychiatrists, nurses, social workers, and physicians to ensure integrated care.

Develop, implement, and modify individual treatment plans based on client needs and functioning levels. Perform rounds in confinement areas to assess mental health and adjust treatment strategies accordingly. Provide individual counseling and crisis intervention tailored to inmate mental health needs. Deliver psychological interventions using evidence-based counseling techniques. Document assessments, treatment progress, and ensure compliance with facility protocols. What You Need Valid license as a Psychologist or proof of board eligibility.

Minimum of 2 years' experience in clinical or correctional psychology. Strong knowledge of psychological assessment, counseling techniques, and crisis management. Ability to work independently within a team-oriented environment. Excellent communication skills and cultural competency.
