We’re seeking skilled and compassionate Respiratory Therapists who thrive in fast-paced clinical environments and are committed to providing high-quality respiratory care. Schedule

  • 7a/7p | 12-Hour Shifts
  • 13 Week Contract Assignment

What You’ll Do

  • Provide respiratory care to patients across a variety of acuity levels in an acute care setting
  • Assess, treat, and monitor patients with respiratory and cardiopulmonary conditions
  • Administer oxygen therapy, aerosolized medications, and other respiratory treatments
  • Manage and monitor ventilators, BiPAP/CPAP, and other life-support equipment
  • Perform arterial blood gas (ABG) collection and analysis as required
  • Respond to respiratory emergencies, rapid responses, and code situations
  • Educate patients and families on respiratory conditions, treatments, and equipment use
  • Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary care teams
  • Document assessments, treatments, and patient responses accurately in the medical record

What We’re Looking For

  • Active Respiratory Therapist license in the state of practice
  • Minimum of 1 year of recent acute care (hospital) Respiratory Therapy experience required
  • CRT or RRT credential required
  • BLS required (ACLS preferred depending on assignment)
  • Strong assessment, critical-thinking, and clinical decision‑making skills
  • Experience with ventilator management and high-acuity patient populations
  • Ability to remain calm and effective in emergency situations
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative, team‑oriented approach
