Job Summary

Join our team as a Non-Emergency Transport (NET) Emergency Medical Technician (EMT-B) and play a vital role in providing safe, compassionate care to patients throughout their healthcare journey. In this position, you will transport senior citizens and patients receiving ongoing medical treatment, including dialysis, radiation therapy, and interfacility transfers, while delivering exceptional customer service and support.

What You'll Do
  • Provide safe, professional, and compassionate patient care during non-emergency medical transport.
  • Transport patients to and from healthcare facilities, treatment centers, and other designated locations.
  • Monitor patient well‑being and deliver care within EMT scope of practice and established medical protocols.
  • Maintain ambulances, vehicles, and medical equipment in a constant state of readiness.
  • Accurately document patient care and transport information.
  • Deliver outstanding service and foster positive relationships with patients, families, healthcare providers, and colleagues.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety, operational, and regulatory requirements.
What You'll Bring
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Current Georgia EMT-Basic certification required.
  • Current American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) Healthcare Provider certification required.
  • Valid driver's license with acceptable motor vehicle record in accordance with organizational standards.
  • Strong communication, customer service, and patient care skills.
  • Commitment to safety, professionalism, and teamwork.
