Advanced Practice Provider

Upson Regional Medical Center seeks an Advanced Practice Provider to bridge clinical practice and healthcare software innovation. In this hybrid role, you'll deliver direct patient care while partnering with IT and product teams to design, test, and refine clinical software that boosts efficiency and quality. You'll translate frontline needs into functional requirements, validate new features, optimize EHR workflows, and support training and adoption.

• Provide high-quality direct patient care in collaboration with physicians and care teams
• Assess, diagnose, and manage acute and chronic conditions following evidence-based guidelines
• Collaborate with IT and product teams to translate clinical needs into software requirements
• Participate in design, testing, and optimization of EHR and clinical applications
• Map and refine clinical workflows to improve efficiency, safety, and user experience
• Lead or support user acceptance testing and feedback cycles for new software features
• Educate and support clinicians on new tools, workflows, and best practices
• Ensure compliance with clinical quality, documentation, and privacy standards
• Contribute to data-driven quality improvement and performance initiatives
