Location: Rossville
Avenues Home Care is seeking an In Home Patient Care Assistant - PCA to support elderly and disabled clients in the Rossville area. You will assist with ADLs, provide companionship, meal prep and light housekeeping per each client’s care plan.
This role requires compassion, reliability and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Training on our care management system Clear Care is provided; multiple shifts available—full-time, part-time, PRN—offering flexible schedules and a supportive team.
