Community Health Services of Georgia - - Responsibilities:
Assist with the development, implementation, facilitation, and evaluation of the life enrichment program under the direction of the Director of Life Enrichment Programs;
Help develop and maintain life enrichment calendars reflecting patient needs, including special occasions and small/large group activities;
Promote ongoing delivery of life enrichment programs including evenings, weekends, and holidays;
Assist in development and maintenance of a volunteer program including screening, orientation, training, supervision, and evaluation;
Participate in Interdisciplinary Team (IDT) meetings and resident care conferences as directed;
Assist with coordination and delivery of life enrichment activities
