We’re looking for a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our skilled rehab team. Where quality care actually comes first, this PRN COT will help patients regain strength, balance, and confidence following illness, injury, surgery, or decline — all while delivering care you can be proud of.

• Graduate of an AOTA-accredited OTA program
• Certified (or eligible) through NBCOT
• Active Tennessee COTA license
• Reliable transportation, positive attitude, and team-player mindset
• SNF experience is a plus, but not required
