Location: Rossville
Avenues Home Care in Rossville, GA is seeking an In Home Patient Care Assistant to support elderly and vulnerable clients in their homes. You will assist with daily living activities, medication reminders, housekeeping, meal prep, shopping, and companionship, while reporting progress to your supervisor through our management system.
This role requires compassion, reliable transportation, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. A CNA or PCA certification and CPR/First Aid are preferred.
