Grifols is seeking a Phlebotomist to join our Sparks plasma center. This role trains on the job with a focus on patient care, donor comfort and safety, and dependable performance in a fast-paced environment.
The Phlebotomist will assess donor suitability, establish rapport while protecting donor confidentiality, respond to donor reactions, monitor donor health and equipment, set up and operate automated plasmapheresis machines, and dispose of contaminated waste properly.
