ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Excellent telephone etiquette and necessary skills and abilities to take accurate messages. Inform applicants of the application process Answering or referring to inquiries during outbound and inbound calls Send and sort incoming and outgoing mail Upkeep and maintain linen order paperwork and filing system Scan and send invoices Greeting and logging in visitors Ability to comprehend and follow established office routines, procedures, and policies Additional duties as needed
