Mammography Technologist - Float Team

This role is for a Mammography Technologist supporting a float team across multiple healthcare facilities.

As part of the team, you will perform high-quality mammography exams, ensuring patient safety, comfort, and privacy, while maintaining strict image quality standards.

Key responsibilities include operating mammography equipment, reviewing images for quality, adhering to safety protocols, and documenting procedures accurately within PACS/RIS systems.

Qualifications required are a high school diploma, completion of an accredited Radiologic Technology program, and at least 2 years of hospital-based radiologic and mammography experience. Certifications in ARRT-R, ARRT-M, and BLS are essential.

Skills needed include strong knowledge of anatomy, pathology, positioning, radiation safety, and mammography best practices, along with excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
