This crisis stabilization facility provides inpatient behavioral health services to a patient population of all ages within an on-site care environment. The facility operates through a collaborative multidisciplinary team model designed to support clinical intervention and stabilization. Clinicians work within an established inpatient framework focused on delivering structured therapeutic and psychosocial services.

Central Georgia is known as the Heart of Georgia where you can visit the Georgia Aquarium, Centennial Olympic Park, and the Ocmulgee Mounds National Historic Park!

The therapist will provide individual and group therapy services to a patient population of all ages during full-time day shifts totaling 40 hours per week within an inpatient crisis stabilization setting. The clinician will complete psychosocial assessments and treatment planning, participate in multidisciplinary treatment team meetings, and collaborate with psychiatry, nursing, case management, and behavioral health staff. Responsibilities also include facilitating family involvement and family sessions as appropriate, assisting with discharge planning and coordination of aftercare services, and maintaining timely clinical documentation.

Cases treated include mood disorders, anxiety, and behavioral disturbances, with an average length of stay of 7-14 days.
