Adelphi is seeking both Part‑Time and Full‑Time Dietitians to provide nutrition services in an inpatient facility in Fulton, Missouri. The ideal candidate will assess a patient’s nutritional needs, develop personalized meal plans, monitor a patient’s progress, educate patients on healthy eating habits, and provide medical nutritional counseling and therapy.

Schedule:
8:00 am and 4:30 pm M-F. No weekend or holidays
- Registered and licensed in the state of Missouri
- Master’s degree or higher from an ACEND‑accredited program
- Four days of New Employee Orientation
- Screen patients for nutrition risk factors
- Refer patients to clinical dietitians for nutrition assessment
- Collaborate with the patient’s care team to provide nutrition care
- Monitor patients for changes in nutritional status
- Provide nutrition education to patients and families
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives
