ICM Team Lead

Population

Individuals with a mental health diagnosis, developmental disabilities, and/or addictive diseases.

This position will work 40 hours a week. Most programs work Monday through Friday, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., with a 1-hour break.

$65,000 per year.

• Manage the daily operations of the Intensive Case Management department.
• Conduct weekly team meetings and individual supervision.
• Complete monthly reports at the agency and state levels.
• Attend internal and external meetings.
• Complete Biopsychosocial assessments, treatment planning/monitoring, transition and discharge.
• Provide counseling therapy to clients requiring complex intervention.
• Perform commitment determination and/or execute orders of involuntary commitments.

The candidate MUST have a master's degree in social work or counseling, and MUST be fully licensed (
LPC, LCSW, LMFT
) in the state of Georgia. The candidate MUST have experience with case management services, experience managing programs and supervising staff, and experience in behavioral health. The candidate MUST have a valid driver's license, as this position may require transporting of individuals.
