Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM EST | 40 hours/week

The Patient Services Representative II (PSR II) serves as the primary point of contact for patients and is responsible for performing high-quality blood collections and specimen processing. This role requires excellent patient communication, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

• Perform accurate venipuncture, capillary, pediatric, and geriatric collections.
• Collect, label, process, and prepare clinical and forensic specimens according to established procedures.
• Verify patient demographics and identification before and after collection.
• Obtain patient signatures and ensure specimens are correctly labeled in the patient's presence.
• Maintain accurate records and required documentation.
• Provide a professional, safe, and welcoming patient experience.
• Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and confidentiality requirements.
• Work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining accuracy and productivity.
• Handle multiple priorities in a high-volume environment.
• Travel between patient service centers and physician-office locations as needed.
• Support staffing needs, including occasional weekends, holidays, on-call, overtime, and schedule flexibility.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3+ years of phlebotomy experience required, including:
  Pediatric collections Geriatric collections Capillary collections
• Strong venipuncture and specimen-processing skills.
• Ability to provide quality, error-free work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and customer-service skills.
• Ability to make sound decisions using established procedures.
• Keyboard/data-entry experience.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license with clean driving record, when applicable.

• Phlebotomy certification preferred.
• Medical Assistant or Paramedic training preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in a Patient Service Center environment preferred.
• Previous retail or service-industry customer-service experience preferred.
