Resident Care Associate

We are seeking dedicated Resident Care Associates to provide high-quality care in assisted living and memory care settings.

• Developing and updating Personalized Service Plans, attending review meetings with families
• Assisting residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), ensuring comfort, cleanliness, and appropriate clothing
• Monitoring residents' health, hydration, and nutritional needs, including meal supervision and room service as needed
• Maintaining a safe, clean environment by checking rooms, common areas, and laundry facilities
• Responding promptly to security systems and resident call bells, taking appropriate actions
• Following all sanitary procedures, universal precautions, and resident rights

• High school diploma preferred; relevant experience in elder or disabled care preferred
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Knowledge of assisted living, dementia care, or skilled nursing is a plus
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and peak service times
