Responsibilities:- Implement behavioral intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Work closely with families and multidisciplinary teams to develop and execute individualized treatment plans
- Collect and record data on client behavior to track progress and make data-driven decisions
- Maintain a safe and therapeutic environment, ensuring the physical and emotional well-being of clients
- Collaborate with RBTs, BCBAs, and other professionals to achieve client goals
- Certificate in Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or related field
- 0 years of experience in ABA therapy or a related field (training provided)
- Part-time schedule, with flexibility to accommodate client needs
- Competitive hourly rate: $25 - $30 HOURLY
