Crisis Management
Respond to emotional, psychological, or behavioral crises (e.g., suicidal ideation, emotional breakdowns).
Use de-escalation techniques and coordinate with medical staff if needed.
Collaboration with Multidisciplinary Team
Work closely with psychiatrists, nurses, case managers, addiction counselors, and support staff
.Attend regular team meetings to discuss client progress.
Documentation & Reporting
Maintain detailed clinical records, progress notes, and incident reports.
Ensure compliance with legal, ethical, and facility standards (e.g., HIPAA).
Discharge & Aftercare Planning
Help clients prepare for life after rehab by developing aftercare plans.
Provide referrals to outpatient programs, sober living, 12-step groups, or mental health services.
