Registered Behavior Technician; RBT

Registered Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) – Rossville, Georgia

Northern Lights Behavioral Consulting, a Finni Health company, is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) to join our team in Rossville, Georgia. In this role, you will work one-on-one with children in their homes and school settings, using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy techniques under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to make a meaningful impact on their development and daily life.

Deliver in-person ABA therapy in a child's home and school setting

Follow behavior intervention plans designed by a BCBA

Collect and record data on client progress and behaviors

Participate in supervision sessions with a BCBA

Attend required team meetings and training sessions

Competitive hourly pay: $21 - $27/hour

Training and support to obtain RBT certification

Experience working with children, including high-aggression clients (e.g., teens with severe behaviors)

Passion for supporting children with special needs

Reliable transportation

Active RBT Certification

CPR Training

In-home experience (Required)

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

Ability to kneel, squat, crawl, sit, and stand for extended periods

Comfortable engaging in play and physical activity with children
