Relevant mental health clinical experience needed Pay & Benefits Pay package discussed upon application: $167.50/hour Weekly pay schedule via direct deposit Comprehensive medical benefits (W-2) Robust referral bonus program Licensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursements when applicable Paid sick time in accordance with applicable laws 24/7 dedicated team committed to your success What You'll Do Conduct psychological screenings and assessments based on reviews and clinical interviews Collaborate with a mental health team including psychiatrists, medical staff, social workers, and security personnel Develop, implement, and modify individual treatment plans tailored to inmate needs and functional levels Perform regular rounds in segregation or confined housing areas to assess inmate adjustment and treatment needs Provide mental health assessments, crisis counseling, and interventions for inmates in crisis Apply psychological counseling techniques and activities to address inmate issues Participate in call rotation and perform duties within the assigned schedule What You Need Must be at least board eligible to qualify for privileges, or licensed Psychologist US Citizenship required for ICE clearance;

expedited process in place Ability to pass thorough background and credit investigations for clearance Experience in mental health assessment and crisis intervention preferred Strong communication and collaboration skills About the Assignment This full-time role involves providing essential mental health services within a correctional setting. You will work in a secure environment, supporting inmates psychological well-being through assessments, treatment planning, and crisis interventions, all within a structured and multidisciplinary team.
