NetSuite Experienced Office Lead

We are looking for an office lead to lead not only their team to be successful but also to help the business become more successful. This person should be organized, pay attention to detail, be reliable, and thrive in stressful environments. $40,000 - $50,000 yearly

• Experience with Net Suite a must
• Leadership experience preferred
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office or similar systems
• High school diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent
• 2+ years of management experience strongly preferred
• Must possess exemplary problem-solving, communication, and time management skills

• Train their team on our processes (and assist when processes need changing).
• Conduct employee reviews
• Ensure their team meets their KPIs (shipping and receiving, data entry, and purchasing)
• Lead and attend multiple meetings daily
• Lead day-to-day operations

• Be a buffer between their boss and their subordinates
• Be ok with joining in and facilitating healthy conflict
