Competitive pay packages Weekly pay via direct deposit Medical benefits (W-2 compliant) Reimbursements for licensure, certification, travel, and other expenses Paid sick time in accordance with applicable laws Robust referral bonus program 24/7 dedicated support team to ensure your success What You ll Do Conduct psychological assessments and screenings for inmates Develop, implement, and modify individualized treatment plans Collaborate with a multidisciplinary mental health team, including psychiatrists, nurses, social workers, and other staff Provide mental health counseling, crisis intervention, and follow-up care Make rounds in confined housing areas to assess inmate mental health and adjustment Ensure proper documentation and compliance with treatment protocols Participate in case reviews, team meetings, and treatment planning sessions What You Need Valid licensure or board eligibility as a Psychologist

Experience with psychological assessments and counseling techniques Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team US citizenship for clearance purposes Strong communication and clinical skills About the Assignment This full-time, in-person position is based at a secure facility in Lumpkin, Georgia, dedicated to providing mental health care to incarcerated individuals. The Psychologist will be integral to evaluating and treating mental health needs, ensuring safety, and supporting rehabilitation efforts within the unit.

The schedule includes consistent day shifts, allowing for a balanced work-life dynamic, with comprehensive support and resources provided throughout the assignment.
