We are seeking highly skilled and compassionate Home Health Aides (HHAs) to join our growing care team. As a Home Health Aide at Modani Care, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional in-home care services to our clients, enabling them to live safely and comfortably in their own homes.
Responsibilities:- Provide personal care services, including bathing, dressing, and grooming, to clients in their homes
- Assist with daily living activities, such as medication management, meal preparation, and light housekeeping
- Monitor and report changes in clients' condition to our interdisciplinary care team
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, families, and caregivers
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of client care services and communications
As a Home Health Aide at Modani Care, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment that values compassion, empathy, and professionalism. You will be part of a dedicated team that is passionate about delivering high-quality care and services to our clients.
Requirements:- 1 year of experience as a Home Health Aide (HHA) or related healthcare experience
- Completion of a state-approved Home Health Aide training program
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds, and stand for extended periods
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate and patient demeanor
