Banquet Server (On-Call) – Champions Retreat Golf Club | Evans, GA

Champions Retreat Golf Club is seeking On-Call Banquet Servers to support weddings, tournaments, member events, corporate outings, and special functions throughout the year. This role is ideal for hospitality professionals who thrive in event-driven environments and enjoy delivering polished, memorable service in a team-oriented setting.

As a Banquet Server, you play a key role in executing exceptional event experiences. You will support the setup, service, and breakdown of catered events while delivering warm, professional, and detail-driven service to our members and guests. This is a flexible, on-call position with opportunities to work high-profile and large-scale events.

• Greet guests upon arrival and assist with seating as directed by event leadership
• Provide professional food and beverage service in banquet and event settings
• Maintain a polished, attentive, and guest-focused service style
• Participate in event setup, breakdown, and reset to ensure smooth event execution
• Work collaboratively with banquet captains, culinary, and bar teams
• Anticipate guest needs and assist in resolving service concerns promptly
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and presentation of service areas throughout the event
• Uphold Champions Retreat service standards at all times

• A friendly, upbeat, and professional demeanor
• Strong customer service skills and a team-first attitude
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, event-driven environment
• Willingness to learn, adapt, and take direction
• Prior banquet, catering, or event service experience preferred (but not required)
• Availability for evenings, weekends, and special events

• Flexible, on-call scheduling
• Work a variety of upscale events including weddings, tournaments, and member functions
