We are currently hiring for a Bell Services Attendant (Part-time).

MUST HAVE AVAILABILITY TO WORK THE FOLLOWING

SCHEDULE:
  • Mondays & Thursdays, 8am – 3pm
  • Flexibility to work additional shifts due to business needs would be ideal!
Job Summary:

We are seeking a Bell Services Attendant to join our team. The Bell Services Attendant will be responsible for assisting guests with their luggage, providing information about the hotel and local area, and ensuring a smooth arrival and departure experience for all guests. Also responsible for valet parking cars.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to lift and carry heavy luggage.
  • Knowledge of the local area and attractions.
  • Previous experience in a hospitality or customer service role is preferred.
  • Must be 21 years of age for insurance purposes.
  • Valid Driver’s License Required.
Responsibilities:
  • Greet guests upon arrival and departure.
  • Assist guests with their luggage, including loading and unloading from vehicles.
  • Provide information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the lobby and bell stand area.
  • Respond to guest inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work collaboratively with other hotel staff to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Follow all safety and security procedures to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff.
