Aramark - - Responsibilities:
Supervise inmate and kitchen staff to ensure meals are prepared per production plans;
Train workers in duties and proper cooking procedures and assign/co-ordinate work;
Ensure sanitation and safety, HACCP compliance, and proper handling of food;
Review production and temperature logs and ensure timely meal service;
Manage inventory, receiving, storage of food items, and issue requisitions as needed
