Our Food & Beverage team at Hotel Bardo Savannah is currently looking for a motivated and attentive Barback for our lobby bar,
The Green Room
. This individual will be tasked with ensuring that guests and club members have a memorable experience by delivering exceptional hospitality and assisting them with their food and beverage needs.

• Restock bar supplies such as liquor, beer, wine, garnishes, mixers, ice, glassware, napkins, and straws.
• Prepare the bar for service by setting up stations, organizing tools, and ensuring cleanliness.
• Clean and sanitize bar surfaces, tools, and equipment throughout the shift and during closing.
• Empty trash bins, change kegs, and remove empty bottles and boxes to keep the workspace safe and uncluttered.
• Assist with inventory counts and deliveries, ensuring items are correctly received and stored.
• Support bartenders during busy periods by running drinks, retrieving ingredients, or bussing bar seating areas.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including proper handling of food and beverage items.
• Maintain a professional and positive demeanor while working in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment.

• Previous experience in hospitality or food & beverage preferred, but not required.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy items (up to 50 lbs) and stand for long periods.
• Strong attention to detail and a sense of urgency.
• Team player mentality with excellent communication skills.
• Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Basic knowledge of spirits and bar tools is a plus.
