Senior Food & Beverage Manager - Westin Jekyll Beach Resort

We are seeking an experienced Food & Beverage Manager to lead our restaurant operations at The Westin Jekyll Island Beach Resort.

• Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring high quality of service and guest satisfaction.
• Manage and motivate dining staff, including hiring, training, scheduling and performance reviews.
• Develop and implement food and beverage policies and procedures aligned with resort standards.
• Collaborate with hotel departments (e.g., front office, housekeeping) to deliver seamless guest experiences.
• Plan and execute menu concepts, seasonal specials and promotions to maximize revenue.
• Maintain inventory, control costs and adhere to budgeting and forecasting guidelines.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and sanitation regulations.
• Handle guest complaints, resolve issues and maintain high service standards.
• Work nights, weekends, holidays and be available for special events as required.

• Minimum of 3–5 years experience in a senior F&B management role within a high‑end or resort environment.
• Proven leadership and team‑building skills.
• Strong knowledge of MICROS or other POS systems.
• Background in hospitality management and menu planning.
• Experience in creating and managing dining budgets and cost controls.
• Excellent communication, organizational and multitasking skills.
• Luxury/hospitality experience is a differentiator.
