With 196 rooms, a groundfloor and a rooftop restaurant, two bars, event spaces including a large auditorium and a swimming pool on the rooftop, we are starting in Vienna. The Hoxton is a series of open hotels, each located in a neighborhood we love. Since we opened our first hotel in Shoreditch, we offer more than just a bed for the night. We want to be more than that: we prove that style does not have to come at the cost of good value and offer a place where guests can stay alongside locals and immerse themselves in the environment, with vibrant, inviting public spaces.

What you'll do...

• Work with our kitchen team to prepare delicious dishes
• Ensure that all work areas are well prepared and organized to ensure smooth kitchen operations
• Ensure that your workplace is always hygienic
• Help with the appealing presentation and arrangement of our creative dishes to inspire our guests

What we're looking for...

• You have ideally completed a training as a cook
• You have a passion for your profession, a high sense of quality, freshness and origin of ingredients are a priority for you
• You like to work on new culinary ideas and actively bring your creativity into play
• You are not precious. We leave our egos at the door and help get things done
• You are ready to do things differently and try (almost) everything once

For this position, a gross monthly salary of at least € 2,200 is provided. Of course, an over payment is possible with appropriate experience and qualifications.
