Your Responsibilities Will Include:

• Ensuring the seamless and high-quality service to guests, contributing to the perfect guest experience
• Performing front office duties professionally in a three-shift schedule (morning, afternoon, night)
• Handling check-in and check-out procedures
• Managing reservations in an organized manner
• Participating in billing, cash handling, and related administrative processes

Requirements:

• Passion for hospitality
• Confident English language skills
• Basic computer proficiency
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Good problem-solving abilities
• Helpful, kind, and empathetic personality
• Team spirit
• Quality-focused mindset and work ethic
