As a Spa Coordinator, you will be the first smile our guests see and an essential part of creating a relaxing, memorable spa experience. Your responsibilities include:

• Warmly welcome and check in spa guests with exceptional customer service.
• Help guests prepare for their treatments in the locker room area.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and tranquil spa environment.
• Stock towels, water, cups, robes, and spa amenities to ensure guests have everything they need.
• Perform laundry duties to keep operations running smoothly.
• Support the spa team by ensuring every guest enjoys a five‑star experience from arrival to departure.

• Previous spa, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Weekend and holiday availability.
