Cart Attendant

POSITION PROFILE

A golf cart attendant prepares, maintains, and manages golf carts, assists golfers with their equipment, and handles related duties to ensure a smooth experience for guests.

• Clean, wash, refuel or charge golf carts and inspect them for damage or required repairs.
• Greet golfers, help load and unload clubs, and direct golfers to their carts.
• Stage carts for use, return them to the cart barn, and keep the prop area organized.
• Assist with range operations including collecting game balls and keeping the driving range stocked.
• Provide friendly and professional customer service, answer questions, and maintain positive course experiences.
• General cleaning of the work area, assist with tournament setup, and perform other duties as assigned.

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Knowledge of golf game and its rules.
• Positive guest-interaction skills.

Must be able to stand for extended periods, lift, pull, push, bend, and move items in support of hotel operations. Must perform continuous outdoor activity on the golf course and indoor duties.
