• Safely transport guests throughout the property and to approved local destinations
• Greet guests with a warm friendly attitude and provide exceptional customer service
• Assist guests with luggage and other transportation needs
• Share local recommendations for restaurants attractions hiking trails and activities
• Keep shuttle vehicles clean fueled and ready for service
• Deliver guest amenities and assist other departments as needed
• Help maintain a welcoming organized arrival area

• Has a valid drivers license and a clean driving record
• Has at least 5 years of driving experience
• Enjoys interacting with people and providing outstanding hospitality
• Is dependable professional and safety minded
• Can lift luggage and remain active throughout the shift
• Is available to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
• Loves working outdoors and in a team environment
