Under the direct supervision of the F&B Manager Supervisor this position mixes and serves alcoholic and nonalcoholic drinks to patrons of bar for Amicalola Falls State Park & Lodge To perform the job successfully an individual should perform the following essential functions of the position
- Mixes ingredients such as liquor soda water sugar and bitters to prepare cocktails and other drinks
- Serves wine and draught or bottled beer
- Collects money for drinks served
- Requisition s liquors and supplies
- Arranges bottles and glasses to make attractive displays
- Slices and pits fruit for garnishing drinks
- Informs guests of all food beverage and bar promotions
- Adheres to accounting practices and standards
- Responsible for the cleanliness and sanitation of bar area
- Works closely with the kitchen in the serving of food
- Breaks down bar locks up liquor and stores fruit and juices properly
- Accepts responsibility for recognizing over indulgence of alcoholic beverages by customers
- Other duties as assigned by managerssupervisors
- Complies with laws of the State of Georgia
