Responsibilities
- Monitor the pool and beach areas to ensure safety and comfort of guests.
- Maintain cleanliness and order around the pool and beach facilities.
- Assist guests with lounge chairs, umbrellas, and towel service.
- Enforce pool and beach safety rules and regulations.
- Provide guests with information about local activities.
- Respond to guest inquiries and service issues promptly.
- Coordinate with other teams to manage supplies and equipment needs.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic lifesaving and first aid knowledge.
