As our Food & Beverage Supervisor, you'll be an important part of our hospitality team. You'll help lead daily operations, support and develop team members, and ensure every guest receives the high level of service that makes Brasstown Valley Resort & Spa a premier destination.

• Lead, coach, and motivate food & beverage team members
• Supervise daily restaurant and beverage operations
• Deliver consistently exceptional guest service
• Train and develop team members to meet hospitality standards
• Monitor inventory and coordinate supply orders
• Maintain clean, organized, and welcoming dining areas
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations
• Respond promptly and professionally to guest questions and concerns
• Partner with management to improve service quality, efficiency, and profitability

We're looking for someone who brings energy, professionalism, and a genuine passion for hospitality.

Ideal candidates will have:

• Previous supervisory experience in food & beverage or restaurant operations
• Strong knowledge of food & beverage service standards
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
• A positive attitude and passion for guest satisfaction
• Ability to perform successfully in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of health, safety, and sanitation regulations
