You'll help oversee day-to-day food and beverage operations while supporting your team and ensuring guests receive attentive, professional service. You'll work closely with management to maintain high standards, improve operations, and create a welcoming experience for every guest.
Key Responsibilities- Lead, coach, and motivate food and beverage team members
- Supervise daily restaurant and beverage operations
- Train and develop employees on service standards and procedures
- Deliver exceptional guest service and resolve questions or concerns professionally
- Monitor inventory and coordinate supply orders
- Maintain clean, organized, and inviting dining areas
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards
- Partner with management to improve service quality, efficiency, and profitability
We're seeking a confident, personable hospitality professional who enjoys leading others and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Ideal candidates will have:- Previous supervisory experience in food and beverage or restaurant operations
- Knowledge of food and beverage service standards
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Effective problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- A positive, guest-focused approach
- Ability to prioritize and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of health, safety, and sanitation practices
