Job Description

Within the defined area of responsibility, ensure that the organization has the right employees, skills, and culture to achieve its strategic goals effectively and sustainably.

  • Independently supporting and advising managers on all HR-related issues (personnel, organization, performance, etc.) in compliance with the defined HR processes
  • Independently recruiting, selecting, hiring, supporting and releasing defined employee groups in coordination with the respective department and, if necessary, external partners (e.g., HR consultants, agencies, etc.)
  • Trusting cooperation with the employee committees
  • Participation in the implementation of defined measures from the HR strategy
  • Active support in the optimization of HR processes
  • Support with annual budget planning (personnel figures, personnel costs, etc.)
  • Trusting cooperation with the other HR departments and other defined internal and external interfaces
  • Taking on activities as part of the HR monthly accounts process
  • Supporting the implementation of HR measures
Qualifications

The job requires knowledge acquired as part of a university degree in economics (technical) with a focus on personnel management (or comparable) and expanded through at least 3 years of professional experience in operational personnel management in an industrial company.
