Robert Half HR Solutions is currently partnering with a client in the Lawrenceville, Ga area that is looking to add a Benefits Specialist to their team. The ideal candidate must have a keen eye for detail, a positive attitude, and an eagerness to learn and contribute.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze, administer and manage employee benefits programs such as insurance plans, retirement plans, wellness programs, and other company-sponsored benefits.

• Conduct benefits orientations and explain benefits self-enrollment system to new hires.

• Respond to benefits inquiries from managers and employees on plan provisions, benefits enrollments, status changes, and other general inquiries.

• Ensure the accuracy of all benefits enrollments in the HRIS to provide vendors with accurate eligible data.

• Work closely with the HR team and third-party administrators to resolve benefits-related issues.

• Assisting employees with benefits, maintaining employee database, handling benefits reporting and assisting with audits as required

• Assist in the administration of company wellness programs.

Requirements:

• 2+ years' experience as a Benefits Specialist, Benefits Coordinator, or HR Specialist.

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field is preferred.

• Maintains updated knowledge of federal and state legislation and their potential impact on benefits.

• Must possess excellent communication skills and the ability to explain complex benefits terminology in a simple and understandable way.

• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
