Location: 100% Remote – must be in the United States and willing to work Eastern business hours
Salary: Up to $130K (depending on experience)

We're seeking a highly skilled and proactive Success Factors Administrator to join our team. This role is crucial for optimizing our HR technology landscape and ensuring our Success Factors modules seamlessly support our evolving business needs. Responsibilities:
- Provide hands-on administration and support for a minimum of three SAP Success Factors modules, with a strong emphasis on Compensation and Talent modules (e.g., Learning, Performance & Goals, Succession & Development).
- Utilize in-depth expertise in MDF (Metadata Framework), foundation objects, associations, business rules, and workflows to configure and enhance Success Factors functionalities.
- Demonstrate proficiency in managing Success Factors Data Models/templates, including advanced knowledge of XML editing for system configuration and updates.
- Facilitate integrations between Success Factors and various third-party enterprise applications using Integration Center and APIs.
- Collaborate effectively with HR business stakeholders to independently deliver impactful solutions that meet organizational requirements.
- Actively participate in an agile work environment, contributing to continuous improvement and efficient project delivery.
- Exhibit outstanding initiative and interpersonal skills, fostering strong working relationships across departments.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of hands-on experience supporting at least three of the following SAP Success Factors modules:
Recruiting, Onboarding, Compensation, Learning, Performance & Goals, Succession & Development, People Analytics, and/or Employee Central. - Familiarity with Employee Central Payroll (ECP), UKG Dimensions, ADP, and/or SAP Concur is highly desirable.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
Preferred Skills:
- SAP Certifications in a minimum of two of the following modules:
Compensation, LMS, Performance Management, Employee Central, People Analytics, Recruiting, or Onboarding.
