This full-time, on-site Talent Acquisition Partner role is based in Leesburg, GA. The Talent Acquisition Partner will manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and guiding candidates through the selection process for a variety of clinical and non-clinical roles. This role will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, develop targeted recruitment strategies, and ensure a high-quality, timely hiring process.
The Talent Acquisition Partner will maintain accurate applicant tracking, coordinate offers and onboarding activities, and support compliance with all organizational and regulatory hiring standards. The position will also contribute to employer branding, talent pipeline development, and continuous improvement of recruitment processes to support PPHS’s mission and growth.
- Experience in full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer coordination.
- Ability to partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and design effective recruitment strategies.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS), HR information systems (HRIS), and basic data/reporting tools.
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills to engage candidates and stakeholders.
- Organizational and time-management skills for managing multiple requisitions and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of employment laws, hiring best practices, and compliance requirements in a healthcare or regulated environment.
- Prior experience recruiting in healthcare or a complex multi-site organization is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
