What Will Be Your Main Responsibilities?

The Associate Relations (AR) Case Manager is responsible for two main activities: managing individual cases for Royal Canin factories in France and supporting Line Managers in these activities:

Main Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary contact for associates facing difficulties with their manager or any other company member. Provide support in these situations within the scope of available actions, in line with the five principles and the Associate Concept.
  • On a factory scope for the Royal Canin entity:
    • Evaluate and manage questions related to individual situations, issues reported by the My P&O team or the Social Relations teams.
    • Coach and advise P&O Business Partners, managers, and associates.
    • Recommend improvements to procedures and practices to enhance efficiency, consistency, and skills.
    • Implement training programs for P&O Business Partners, associate relations managers, and managers on AR themes.
    • For complex situations, collaborate with other ARs.
    • Supervise performance reviews for associates with unsatisfactory performance.
    • Accompany and coach managers on the performance process (PDP) and documentation.
    • Recommend and validate steps during a separation process.
    • Stay in contact with our legal advisors regarding legal matters and represent the company.
    • Support managers and ensure compliance with internal policies and processes.
    • Manage individual disputes and litigations with the support of our law firms.
