Position
Benefits Coordinator
SummaryThis position includes managing and supporting employee benefits programs, including the management of 401(k) plans, and to assist with various HR-related tasks. This role also involves coordinating company events and contributing to overall HR operations.
Essential Duties- Manage and support employee benefits programs, including 401(k) and comprehensive health insurance plans
- Coordinate company events, employee engagement activities, and internal communications
- Assist with HR administration, including documentation, onboarding, and record-keeping
- Provide general HR support to employees and management
- Contribute to process improvements to enhance HR efficiency and employee experience
8 am to 5 pm – Full‑time / On‑site
Working LocationPeachtree City, GA
Salary/Benefits$40,000 – $60,000
Health Insurance, Retirement Plan
HolidaysPaid holidays as per the company calendar
Qualifications- Experience with 401(k) administration is strongly preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field is preferred
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks independently
