Human Resources Manager

The Human Resources Manager is responsible for all aspects of human resource activities at the Manufacturing facility. They will be responsible for recruitment, hiring and placement of hourly and non-exempt employees in accordance with Affirmative Action/Equal Opportunity Programs. They will counsel and advise Managers and Supervisors regarding company policies and procedures and will recommend disciplinary action when necessary.

• Lead the HR function for facility.
• Work with Plant Manager to identify business needs and Human Resources strategy.
• Partners with plant leadership to determine position requirements and desired qualifications.
• Provides excellent service to internal and external customers.
• Counsel leadership and employees regarding company policies and procedures.
• Ensure business processes comply with local, state, and federal legal requirements.
• Promotes positive employee communications and engagement.
• Identify improvement opportunities within the plant.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree plus minimum of three years of related experience.
• Manufacturing experience in an HR leadership role.
• Strong communication, leadership and interpersonal skills required.
