Tesco Hungary Training And Development Coordinator

Tesco Hungary offers a flexible hybrid working arrangement, combining remote and office-based work based on individual needs. This role provides hands-on experience in an international professional environment, exposure to Human Resources and Learning & Development processes and projects, and the opportunity to participate in various soft skills and professional trainings. You will be part of a supportive and collaborative team.

Responsibilities include administration of trainings, user profile creation, planning the learning calendar, organizing rooms for trainings, answering queries and emails about learning-related questions, creating reports, preparing and printing training materials, and participating in regular learning meetings or meetings of related projects and tasks. You will also provide any other ad-hoc training and learning-related support.

Requirements include ongoing university studies, preferably in HR, Pedagogy, or any related field. A minimum of 20 hours per week availability is needed. Strong organizational skills, proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, a proactive mindset, creative thinking, fluency in English, and a strong interest in Human Resources and Learning & Development are essential. Openness to a hybrid work arrangement is also required.
